Jacey Searra Photography is based in Knysna and operated throughout the Garden Route, Cape Town and Port Elizabeth. I have been involved in architectural, landscape, event and commercial photography.As a professional photographer it is my duty to take care of my clients photographic requirements and finer details. My business specialises in wedding, portrait and macro photography. Edited, high-resolution photographs placed on an USB & courier fees, if you live out of the country your photographs will sent via Dropbox. Shoots are done in the comfort of your own home (details can be sent to you regarding what is required, e.g. room with a lot of natural light, heater in the room, white noise, etc. Canon 50mm Lens F/1.4 (She is small but she is an outstanding portrait lens that makes images pop, she is especially amazing in low light conditions & is light-weight) He took me across the lagoon to featherbed side and we had a champagne picnic. Layered carrot and chocolate with white chocolate buttercream. He was always my lift when going to church and in that way we got to know each other better. One evening he said that his cousin had arranged for a family photo shoot the following day and wanted us to be there. The plan was to have breakfast on the beach after the family hoot. We arrived on the beach with his whole family there and we took pictures of everyone. The photographer then took couple pictures of each couple and we moved onto the jetty in Bayview, which was a very special place for both of us. The photographer instructed both of us to look at the ocean with our backs turned to her. The flowers were mainly protea’s, roses, carnations and succulents. Katie then decided to play match maker and send him my number. After our 5 weeks traveling the most beautiful islands together, we found ourselves in a chic apartment in Bangkok overlooking the city. We thought this song was just so beautiful and the lyrics represented us. We also thought it was a great British band and African band that collaborated together. It wasn’t love at first sight, but we definitely got on with one another from the start. We ended up chatting about everything other than business, and then made plans to have dinner together in Joburg a few days after, as we were both going to be there for work. Fast-forward a couple weeks later, and we were officially dating. It wasn’t a surprise at all, he didn’t get down on one knee and secretly plan an elaborate proposal. He had taken a year off and was about to start his full-time MBA, so we’d been discussing the next steps in our relationship and what we wanted to do next. It was just the two of us, eating delicious food and drinking great red wine, so it was very special. We are very non-traditional, so it was perfect for us. we live in Shanghai and she lives in Cape Town, so it was quite the mission getting everything together.
