In our 18 years of operation, we have built up a widely recognised reputation for being the region’s top supplier of computer equipment and services. We are the longest running Computer Retail Shop in the greater Knysna Area and continue to thrive because our members and staff consistently provide quality products and service. As a company, we are able to change with the times and keep up with technology. We understand the needs of our area, and manage the business with skill and confidence. Our mission is to supply top quality systems, parts and service to our client database, within a reasonable time frame at a reasonable price. We do not want to supply the cheapest products, as these generally fail faster than those of higher quality. In general, we offer a four-hour response time, with resolution of problems within eight working hours (if possible). We are currently working on getting our response time down to under two hours. All computer retailers generally offer the same type of product and similar service. We try to be different with the quality, speed and first-time resolution of any problem, anywhere. Customer Service is not an optional extra; it is the basis of our business. iTFuture has relationships with the major manufacturers, such as Intel and Microsoft, to ensure top notch, relevant support. We are continually looking at new ways to improve our clients’ businesses through current, new and innovative technologies. Our minimum charge for jobs at our workshop is R100.00. We support various servers in our area, including our own. We have a range of contracts suited to any business. Our contract customers include corporates, saw-mills, restaurant chains, lawyers, and others. We can advise you on any IT solution needed, from supplying computers, software and gaming rigs, to setting up servers and networks. We have installed and support small and large networks, with a mix of Wired and Wireless, with all types of traffic, all across Knysna. We have a stable, cost effective solution for any size business, saving you up to 40% on call costs. Our shop has a fully equipped workshop, open to the client. We do not hide the client’s equipment behind a wall while we work on it. They can utilise broadband connections for porting or diverting calls over the Internet, which is cheaper and more flexible than traditional services such as ISDN or Analogue line rental. Multiple call sessions can be made on a single number (incoming and outgoing); there are no geographical boundaries; and you also have the ability to port calls to your cell phone if you’re away from the office.
