We start the day with a visit to the Knysna Heads with a ferry trip on the lagoon to reach the Featherbed Nature Reserve. To follow a 1.2 km walk back to the restaurant for a lovely lunch. We end the day with a visit to the Knysna elephant park. After picking you up from wherever is most convenient for you, it’s only a short drive for Kontours to take you to meet the gentle giants of the forests at the Knysna Elephant Park. This drive takes us east on the N2 towards Storms River for a tree-to-tree zip line tour through the indigenous forest. Working up a good appetite after sliding through the forest canopy, we’ll enjoy lunch at the Storms River Village. Thereafter we visit the Storms River National Park for a beautiful walk over the suspension bridge. We drive on the N2 towards Tsitsikamma National Park, while enjoying amazing scenic forest and ocean views. On the way, we stop to visit the Big Tree in the indigenous Tsitsikamma forest. We start the day with a scenic Kontours drive down the N2 towards the west, where we join the professional game tour guides for an exciting three hour game drive. If you wonder what township life is about, you can join me for an enlightening experience of the life style in the local townships of Knysna. We start the day with a visit to the Knysna Heads with a ferry trip on the lagoon to reach the Featherbed Nature Reserve.
