The posters are shipped in robust spiral-wound sealed cardboard tubes. We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor any activity and content associated with the website. Our preferred option is International Express Courier delivery, which will deliver your order to your door safely, securely and quickly. However, depending on the size of poster ordered, although we subsidise part of the cost of courier delivery, this is not necessarily an inexpensive option. This is delivery via the standard postal service to your home, business or postal box address. While we undertake all risks involved in getting your order to you in good condition, we clearly cannot control the postal delivery process as comprehensively as we would wish. Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on goods properly supplied in terms of your order and received by you in good condition. We accept total responsibility for goods not properly supplied in terms of your order or received damaged in a way consistent with the method of packing employed, and, will, at our election, either re-ship your order at our expense or return your payment in full. We recommend that you use Speed Services Couriers (South African Postal Services) for all returns, as it offers shipment tracking through a 24-hour customer helpline. Should you choose to use a carrier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost, no refund or return will be considered. It’s exactly the same as doing an EFT payment, except you’ll have to go into your bank and physically make your direct deposit there.
