The house and rooms are an eclectic mix of styles and building materials were largely found on site. Salt water swimming pool, solar water heating, dam and borehole irrigation, worm composting, glass and tin recycling and an organic vegetable patch are all eveidence of the owners commitment to going green. This is a place looked after with love by staff who have worked here for 20 years. A charming home where you will be made to feel at home. Ideal for a family with small children but also popular with couples. Double bed and twins in 2 bedrooms, bath, fully equipped kitchenette, sitting/eating area with fireplace for cosy winter fires, private garden with picnic table and umbrella and spectacular view of the mountains and lagoon. The cottage also overlooks a small dam with prolific bird life. This is a place to watch the sunset while having cocktails in the garden or to sit in the morning shade with a cup of coffee and listen to the birds.
